Artwork Submission & Requirements
After placing your order, please email your artwork or logo in one of the following formats:
EPS, AI, CDR, PDF, or PNG (with transparent or white background)
Artwork Preparation Guidelines:
- Submit artwork at actual print size with 300 DPI resolution
- Outline all text to prevent font substitutions
- Ensure all layers are unlocked before export
- Recommended: Flatten artwork to avoid shifting, font issues, or transparency errors
Flattening eliminates the need for outlining text and unlocking layers.
Important: Customers are responsible for submitting properly prepared files. Mary's Kitchen Towels cannot be held responsible for misprints, pixelation, font substitutions, or layout issues resulting from improperly prepared artwork.
Large files may be shared via Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.
Approval Process:
- Complimentary virtual sample provided for approval
- Customers with full print specifications may skip the proof to expedite production
- No changes or cancellations accepted after proof approval

Our in-house design team provides complimentary minor adjustments to ensure optimal print quality for your design.
Additional Policies
Over/Under Run Policy: Orders may vary by ±3%; billing adjusted accordingly
Ink Coverage: Standard pricing includes up to 50% coverage; designs with heavy ink saturation may require a custom quote
